Privately owned and run by Sam & Ian, Ellenboro House has been operating since 2012.  We designed our accommodation and business around the type of places we like to stay, so we hope you love it as much as we do.  Our rooms are chic, comfortable and have everything you should need for a cosy break in the Lake District.  We're known for our love of food, and we bring this to every element from homemade cakes and biscuits for all guests, through to our delicious sourdough, homemade jams and other treats at breakfast.  What we don't make ourselves is sourced as locally as possible.

Guests will find plenty of off road parking and are welcome to enjoy our secluded gardens.  

We have just two rooms at Ellenboro House, each individually designed and unique from the other. Our rooms are modern, yet in keeping with the style of the Lake District and our Victorian property.
